Personalized Care will charge a fixed annual fee for their services which are not covered by your insurance or Medicare. You must retain your health insurance to cover the costs of medical specialists, hospitalization and other services not provided by Personalized Care. The need for additional care may arise and if so, your physician from Personalized Care will act as your health advocate to help you navigate the complex medical system. We will always be available to help you to make all of the necessary health connections for your care.
Your will always have access to your own physician, 365 days per year and 24 / 7, as necessary. You will have access to your physician’s personal cell phone number, supported by email, text messaging, live answering service plus other electronic communications. Appointments will be available either same day or the following day, to allow for convenient patient care.
